Micro Plant Studio presents a fun workshop: PAINT & PLANT. Be ready to explore your creative side, passion for painting, planting, and socializing.
The workshop will consist of planting micro succulents and interactive activities. The workshop will last approximately 2 hours. Be ready to have fun, laugh, and socialize!
OVERALL WORKSHOP CONCEPT
PAINT & PLANT
Each person will receive a clay teapot. At the start of the workshop, we will talk briefly elements of design and manipulation of paint. We will be using acrylic paint to personalize the pot. Once the paint has dried, we will plant a beautiful succulent. By the end, each participant should have its own personalize teapot to bring home or to give away to that special person. Plant care will be also covered. Oh, do not forget you have earned bragging rights of your creation!
BUILDING A SENSE OF COMMUNITY
Micro Plant Studio’s goal is to build a sense of community through the arts, plants, and the spirit of collaboration with local businesses and residents. Throughout the workshop, we will be playing fun interactive activities (a.k.a. ice-breakers) as a means to get to know each other, create and promote a fun and welcoming space for everyone.
