It is essential to submit all requests 3-4 weeks before your event date. Once we get your request with full payment, we will start processing your order.

Understanding Expenses for the Mobile Flower Bar Bouquet Experience:

• Preparation Cost: The $250 covers the preparation process, drop-off, setup, and pickup. You may add an instructor during the booking process. A teacher can be added as part of the service for $135.
• Participant Cost: Additional costs do apply for each participant.  Ensure you select the correct pricing for the number of flowers per participant.
• Distance Cost: The first 8 miles are free from Micro Plant Studio to the site where the mobile plant bar will be held. An $8 per-mile fee is applied when you exceed 8 miles. During the checkout process, the system will automatically add the miles and inform you of the extra cost.
• Parking Cost: The parking fee is waived if your building has a loading dock that allows us to park during setup and the actual facilitation of the mobile plant bar, as well as the pickup of borrowed items. If you select a teacher as part of the service to lead the experience, a parking space will be needed for about 3 hours. If no parking is available, a fee is applied.

Once we have received your order, the $250.00 will be used to initiate the following actions to ensure a successful Mobile Flower Bar.

• Order and process flowers. You will receive 3-5 different flowers and greenery. A Micro Plant Studio representative will share the available flowers and request any special colors of desire. Once the color choice has been decided, flowers will be ordered and processed. The process entails opening boxes, removing all unnecessary foliage and packaging, and hydrating the flowers the day before the event.
• Print QR code labels for each participant. Each participant will receive a label to scan. Once scanned, they will be directed to our website, where a list of materials and supplies, along with the names of flowers, is available. This is where they’ll find easy-to-follow, step-by-step instructions and essential information on plant care.
• Gathering of materials. Before items arrive at the workshop space, a member of the Micro Plant Studio team will place all flowers of the same type in a bucket. This means all flowers will arrive hydrated.
• Gathering of supplies. The mobile flower bar comes with tablecloths, floral shears, scissors, staplers, and paper towels.  Additionally, we enhance the overall experience by adding stickers. The type of stickers will vary with the season, typically featuring nature, cats, pride stickers, and other designs. Any supplies that are not used will be returned at the end of the experience by the teacher or collected the next day by a Micro Plant Studio employee.

The self-guided Mobile Flower Bar comes with a QR code for step-by-step instructions. If you would like an instructor to lead the Mobile Plant Bar, you may add it during your booking process; an additional fee applies. For all self-guided Mobile Plant Bars, setup is at 8:45 am, and pickup is scheduled for the next day between 8:45 and 9:00 am.

The Mobile Flower Bar does not come with a teacher, but one is available for an additional fee. Having a teacher is great because they can facilitate a few interactive activities and engage with participants creatively. Please note that when hiring a teacher, they will arrive 45 minutes prior to the start of the Mobile Flower Bar for setup.

During the delivery of materials and supplies, parking near the building is essential.  If your building has a loading dock, it is necessary to coordinate all logistics with the building or loading dock manager. Also, please inform us in advance of any necessary paperwork that is required. The parking fee is waived if your building has a loading dock that allows us to park during setup, pick up, and teaching. If no parking is available, a fee is applied.

Self-Guide Mobile Flower Bar:

• Delivery & Set-Up: All self-guided Mobile Flower Bar at set-up between 8:30 am through 8:45 am.
• Pick-up: The borrowed items will be picked up the next day at 9:00 a.m.

Mobile Flower Bar with Teacher:

• Delivery & Setup: The teacher’s arrival will be approximately 45 minutes to 60 minutes before the agreed-upon start time for the Mobile Plant Bar.
• Pick-Up: At the end of the activation, the teacher will take with them the borrowed floral shears, scissors, wrapping paper, ribbon, and any other items related to the Mobile Flower Bar.
