All purchases are final, including full price and sale items, items shipped, picked up, and delivered.

All items picked up or delivered must be inspected by customer. Once the customer accepts the product they also are approving the condition of the item. No exchanges permitted.

PLANT DECORATIONS & PRINTS
A plant decoration / prints that was shipped by USPS and arrives broken is eligible for a replacement. The damage must be reported to Micro Plant Studio within 1 day of receiving the product. Please follow the below action steps.

Action Steps:

  • Buyer’s Full Name
  • Take picture of the broken decoration / print frame / print
  • Email picture to info@microplantstudio.com
  • Along with picture, email us the mailing address
  • For broken frames, we will send you a return postage. 

GLASS TUBES
A glass container/tube that was shipped by USPS and arrives cracked/broken is eligible for a replacement. The damage must be reported to Micro Plant Studio within 1 day of receiving the product. Please follow the below action steps.

  • Take picture of the cracked/broken container/tube
  • Email picture to info@microplantstudio.com
  • Along with picture, email us the mailing address 

PLANTS
A plant that arrives damaged, is eligible for replacement. The plant’s width and height vary. It is important to note during transport some plants might experience some leaves to fall off, which is normal, non-replaceable.  The damage must be reported to Micro Plant Studio within 1 day of receiving the product. To have your plant replaced please follow the below action steps.

  • Along with picture, email us the mailing address

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you will vary.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Micro Plant Studio is not responsible for lost and stolen package confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Micro Plant Studio will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and will provide shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
