• Preparation Fee: A one-time fee of $250 covers the comprehensive preparation process, including the creation of custom 3D-printed pots, drop-off, setup, and pickup of all materials at the event location.
• Cost Per Participant: A per-person charge applies, varying depending on your group size. Refer to the pricing booking process by clicking “BOOK” and following the booking steps, or contact us for detailed pricing based on the expected number of guests.
• Distance Cost: Travel within 8 miles of Micro Plant Studio is complimentary. An $8 per-mile fee is applied for any travel exceeding this distance. This additional cost will be automatically calculated and displayed during the checkout process.
• Parking Cost: A parking fee may apply if a suitable loading dock is unavailable for the team to park during setup, event facilitation, and item pickup. The fee will be waived if a loading dock is accessible.
• Teacher Request: To facilitate the immersive experience, a teacher can be requested during the booking process.

• Custom 3D-Printed Pots: An assortment of 3-5 unique pot styles is designed and printed in-house. This meticulous approach ensures high quality control, efficient inventory management, and the ability to fulfill special design requests for your event. For all special designs, an additional fee is applied, depending on the design’s complexity. Please contact us with any additional questions regarding designs. 
• Pre-Hydrated 2″ Succulents: The succulents are carefully hydrated in advance to ensure a smoother repotting process for participants. This eliminates the need for extensive water access on-site, reduces setup time upon arrival, and minimizes potential water spills.
  
• Organized Materials and Pebbles: All materials, including soil and pebbles, are gathered and divided into trays or ceramic bowls, depending on the group size. The decorative pebbles are thoroughly washed prior to delivery to ensure they are dust-free and ready for use.
• Comprehensive Supply Kit: The Mobile Plant Bar includes a complete set of necessary supplies, such as tablecloths, hand sanitizer, wet wipes, various spoons, and brushes for cleaning up debris. Micro Plant Studio also adds a fun touch with decorative stickers, which vary seasonally and may feature plants, cats, pride themes, or other designs. Any unused supplies are collected at the end of the event by the plant teacher or a Micro Plant Studio employee the following day.
• Personalized QR Code Labels: Each participant receives a QR code label for their pot. Scanning this code directs them to the Micro Plant Studio website, where they’ll find easy-to-follow, step-by-step instructions and essential plant care information.

• Self-Guided: Comes with a QR code providing clear, step-by-step instructions for participants. Please note that for self-guided Mobile Plant Bars, setup takes place between 8:30 am – 8:45 am, with pickup scheduled for the next day, between 8:45 am and 9:00 am.
• Instructor-Led: Add a dedicated instructor during booking for an additional fee. Our instructors can facilitate interactive activities and engage creatively with participants.

While the self-guided option comes with step-by-step instructions via QR code, an instructor can further engage participants through interactive activities and creative guidance. If you choose to include a teacher, they will arrive 45-60 minutes before the event’s start time for setup.

For a smooth Mobile Plant Bar experience, ensure essential parking is available near your building for material and supply delivery. If a loading dock is present, coordinate all logistics with the building or loading dock manager. Advance notice of any required paperwork is also needed. The parking fee is waived if your building provides a loading dock for parking during setup, pickup, and, if applicable, the teaching session. Otherwise, a parking fee will apply.

• Setup: Materials will be delivered and set up between 8:30 am – 8:45 am on the event day.
• Pickup: Borrowed supplies will be collected the next day at 9:00 am.

• Teacher Arrival & Setup: Your dedicated teacher will arrive 45-60 minutes before the Mobile Plant Bar’s scheduled start time to prepare.
• Pickup: For your convenience, the teacher will handle the collection of all borrowed items and unused materials (bowls, trays, brushes, sanitizer, tablecloths, soil, and pebbles) immediately following the event.
